Help Desk

  1. A ticket form allows teachers to request help with their classroom, technical or maintainance issues from a Help Desk team or the administration.


  1. The Help Desk team or administration receives and reviews the teacher's help request ticket via email.


  1. After review, the Help Desk team or administration can assign and notify building employees who will fulfill the request.
  2. Comments can be added.


  1. After the request has been fulfilled, the ticket is closed and the teacher receives an email notification.


  1. The Help Desk team or administration can keep up-to-date on the status of in-progress requests and keep a history of requests.


  1. Teachers can also keep a log of their request history.
